What's more, NEWS IQ Labs maintains the industry's most advanced test equipment and automated test software. In addition, to the previously mentioned test equipment from Spirent and Agilent; NEWS IQ Labs have installed state-of-the-art test equipment for High Humidity, Vibration Stability and Shock Stability testing for CTIA, CDMA (TIA/EIA-98-E), Analog AMPS (TIA/EIA-690: 2000) and WLAN testing.

Background

NEWS IQ's management staff has more than 80 years wireless test, certification and product commercialization experience, including international carrier experience, wireless product and application commercialization experience and CDMA system validation (end to end) and commercialization experience.

NEWS IQ Labs staff was directly responsible as corporate systems analysts and core team members of the commercial launch of the Bellsouth and Pactel analog cellular systems in 1992-3, initial TDMA launch with McCaw Cellular One in southern Florida in 1993; introduction of CDPD in 1994-5; commercial launch of CDMA system in Korea and the USA with Airtouch Powerband in Van Nuys, CA in 1995-6; CDMA system with GTE in Austin, TX in 1996; and GTE national Telego.
