Mr. James J Fraley
Mr. Fraley has over 25 years of telecommunications management and engineering experience. He played a key roll in the commercialization of both CDMA and GPS into consumer wireless devices. Mr. Fraley founded Iconn Wireless Inc. to develop CDMA wireless engines for handheld applications. In 2001, Wavecom S.A (Nasdaq: WVCM), the global number one wireless modules supplier acquired Iconn Wireless Inc. Mr. Fraley was Vice President of Business Development at NeoPoint Inc. responsible for strategic business development for next generation smart phones. He was the Manager of Technology Transfer at SnapTrack Inc. for transfer of GPS embedded software solution to chipset manufactures. In addition, Mr. Fraley held the position of Director Product Realization at Samsung, where he played a significant roll in establishing their entry into the US market place resulting in Samsung becoming the primary vendor to Sprint PCS. He was also responsible for Sony's re-launch of RX100 and CMD-500 wireless devices as Product Manager and Product Test and Verification Manager. Mr. Fraley also worked at Oki Telecom and supported the original technical CDMA trials in Los Angeles (Van Nuys) with AirTouch, Motorola, and Qualcomm.
